yes -- assembly was a challenge and required some overhead cranes. The outside is about 15'. The total weight of the steel is 8000#.

Yes I designed and created the piece. It is 8000 lbs of 1.5" thick steel plate pieces installed this past February at the University of Lethbridge, Lethbridge Alberta Canada.
